Abstract

Today, more than 90% of world trade is carried out by sea transport. Therefore, planning is necessary to improve the performance of ports. One of the prerequisites for developing consistent programming for ports is a proper and reasonable understanding of their internal and external environment. In this article, the author analyzed the state of internal and external factors affecting the development of Chobahar port of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
