Abstract

The article substantiates the importance and necessity of using foresight technology in the preparation of future managers. The essence and author's definition of foresight competence are stated. A model is developed and the main tasks, indicators of control and evaluation of formation, main stages and development of the formation of foresight competence substantiated.
