Abstract

This scientific article examines the relationship between innovation and crowdsourcing. Crowdsourcing is seen as an open and external source of attracting innovation from companies. Given that one of the UN goals for sustainable development is "Industrialization, Innovation and Infrastructure", the purpose and objectives of the study, the study of the relationship between innovation and crowdsourcing, the appearance of crowdsourcing as a cheap and effective way to innovate in companies.
Crowdsourcing, despite its recent appearance, is already represented by many types today. Each of these types can serve to achieve a specific goal. So, for example, internal crowdsourcing can serve as a tool for optimizing internal business processes, and external crowdsourcing can be used to identify the actual needs of the client and search for new products and services. In addition, classical crowdsourcing, if properly organized, today serves advertising purposes to a greater extent, since it has a number of disadvantages as a tool for finding solutions. Syntellectual crowdsourcing can increase its effectiveness if there is a certain motivation for its participants and facilitation.
