Abstract

The article focuses on problems in translation of stylistic devices such as antithesis and chiasmus from English into Uzbek. It is directly aimed at revealing that the stylistic devices such as antithesis and chiasm expressed through conjunctions have their own unique stylistic nature, on the one hand, their structural-semantic and communicative pragmatic aspects, and on the other hand, their universal aspects.
