In sociological surveys, information is needed about the refusals of the participant (respondent) to participate; more than important is the analysis of the level of achievability of respondents. This article discusses the calculations of the level of achievability of respondents in CATI surveys conducted in the RCSPO «Ijtimoiy Fikr». The main emphasis in the article is on the systematic and functional difficulties of collecting and interpreting telephone survey data pairs. To analyze the validity of surveys, as well as to assess the level of achievability, a model corresponding to the standard of the American Association of Public Opinion Researchers (AAPOR) was used.
