PROBLEMS OF LEGAL REGULATION OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN CONTRACTUAL LEGAL RELATIONS

Abstract

In this study, we examine the impact of artificial intelligence on contract law, as well as the challenges that national legislatures will face in the near future. The article touches upon issues related to the conclusion of contracts using electronic means. The legislation of both Uzbekistan and foreign countries in this area is being studied. The study also pays attention to the concept of a smart contract, which has already firmly entered our daily life. We tried to outline the framework of the concept of a smart contract and develop all the questions regarding smart contracts, which should be answered over time in accordance with legislation and contract law.
