LEGAL ASPECTS OF THE STATUS AND POSITION OF THE PRIME MINISTER IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES: A COMPARATIVE LEGAL ANALYSIS

Abstract

The procedures and methods of forming the Prime Minister, his status in the system of state bodies, the views of legal experts in this area and the specifics of the status and position of the Prime Minister in the study of the constitutional and legal basis of foreign countries are disclosed in the article. The constitutional and legal practice of foreign countries to bring the Prime Minister to political responsibility was also analyzed. In addition, the article highlights its important aspects based on the analysis of the legal framework for the resignation of the Prime Minister and the government of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
