Abstract

This research paper reveals the nowadays urgent problem of usage international evaluation program TIMSS standard in the learning process. For ensuring the spiritual development of the country, first of all, we need to equip the younger generation with scientific knowledge, to develop in them spiritual thinking, develop intellectual moral values and train them with modern pedagogical technologies. The main goal of the international TIMSS study is a comparative assessment of the quality of mathematics and science education in primary and secondary schools. Every four years, the educational achievements of students in grades 4 and 8 are assessed, including not only their knowledge and skills, but also their attitudes to subjects, interests, and motivations for learning.
