ELLIPSIS AND PARCELING PHENOMENA IN COMPLEX SENTENCES WITH ADVERBIAL CLAUSE OF MEASURE AND DEGREE

Abstract

The article deals with the comparative-typological study of the grammatical and semantic ellipsis in the Germanic, Slavonic and Turkic languages on the materials of the English, German, Russian, Uzbek, Karakalpak and Kirghiz languages. It describes distinctive and identical (universal) peculiarities of the grammatical and semantic ellipsis in complex sentences with the adverbial clause of measure and degree in the languages with different typological systems.
