DEVELOPMENT OF THE ENFORCEMENT SYSTEM: NATIONAL AND FOREIGN EXPERIENCE

Abstract

This article examines the functioning of the legal enforcement system in Uzbekistan as a state system, the basis for its formation, the legal documents that are the basis for the development of enforcement proceedings, law enforcement agencies established around the world, besides court decisions and mandatory execution models of the decisions of other legislations around the world, their advantages and disadvantages. Discussions and claims of scientists and practitioners on the existing models are discussed, on the basis of which the author drew her own conclusion.
