THE CONCEPT AND LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF CIVIL LAW REGULATION IN RATIONAL USE OF NATURAL GAS

Abstract

The article explains the legal description of the concept of natural gas use, scientifically analyzes the notion of rational usage of natural gas, makes logically precise observations on the legal definition of the term of rational use, and methodically substantiates the concept of natural gas use as an object of civil law regulation. Along with analysis of national legislation in the field of gas usage, a comparative investigation of national legislation and law enforcement practices is implemented. Then, proposals related to civil law regulation of rational use of natural gas are presented based on foreign legislation
