Abstract

Most students pay more attention to enhance their grammar skills to do tests in English so as to enter the university. As a result, even though they are university students they come across trouble to communicate with others in English language. This occurs among not only bachelor's degree students but also master's degree students. Oral presentations is considered to be the most effective way to develop students' communicative skills because of the fact that students can improve their all four skills through oral presentations. While giving presentation topics teachers should follow gradual release of responsibility. Beginning from simple topics to the difficult ones helps university students to enhance their communication in English step by step and serve as a bridge between language study and language usage.
