Abstract

Employment in rural areas has become increasingly important in recent years. This is due to various factors such as labour potential, demographic problems, seasonal employment of the rural population, low incomes. Therefore, in this scientific article, it is important that the factors affecting the employment of the rural population are based on the analysis of an econometric model.
