Abstract

This article analyzes the norms of the Universal declaration of human rights, International Covenant on civil and political rights, Resolution on the Promotion and protection of all human rights: civil, political, economic, social and cultural rights, including the right to development on the Internet, European Convention on the protection of individuals in the automated processing of personal data, Salvadoran Declaration on integrated strategies to respond to global challenges: crime prevention and criminal justice systems and their development in a changing world regarding the protection of personal data on the Internet, proposals have been developed to improve the provisions of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On personal data”.
