LINGUCULTUROLOGICAL AND COGNITIVE TRANSLATION PROBLEMS OF ABDULLA QADIRIY'S "BYGONE DAYS"

Abstract

This article is devoted to a comprehensive study of the issues of linguoculturological and cognitive study of translation problems and to overcome the difficulties encountered in the process of translating them. The research we are doing is in this direction, and it is important that we include it in the list of studies that are being carried out through anthropocentric analysis, which is rapidly evolving in linguistics and precisely in the development of this direction that the changing linguistic, communicative, cognitive, and intercultural approaches are replacing, complementing, enriching, and opening up new evidence and its new facets. A number of studies in Uzbek linguistics have shown that the scientific view that language is a reflection of the mentality of the nation is expressed through the analysis of Uzbek language units, while anthropocentric analysis of Abdullah Qadiriy's "The Past Days" in three languages, in particular Uzbek, English and Russian, and the difficulties encountered in its translation, reveals the peculiarities of translating linguocultural texts into other languages.
