LINGUOCULTURAL CLASSIFICATION OF ENGLISH AND UZBEK CULINARONYMS IN PROVERBS

Abstract

As we dwell on the linguocultural features of the terms associated with culinaronyms found in English and Uzbek proverbs we stress that one of the main tasks of our work is to study similarities and differences of proverbs in both languages. Additionally, we analyze the inclusion of the proverbs existing in both languages into a particular topic and specific peculiarities of nation by finding the alternative variants of proverbs in both languages. Based on the general meaning of culinaronyms ,we outline expressing features of English and Uzbek proverbs, subdividing them according specific mentality aspects of nations.
